complete sympathy with your views buddy. i myself was looking for an appt in gurgaon a few months back, and i used http://www.makaan.com, which had a listing by shiva properties…i am quite happy as this guy showed me 3 builder floors in dlf phase 3, and i am now staying in a 3 bhk house in dlf phase 3 for only 12000! i am very happy as i did not have to sweat at all to find the place..

Quite a bad experience Raj.
I’ve had a similar experience in 2005.
Only that the broker was not suave and he was clear with his terms : ‘Only 5 houses shown for the ‘initial registration’ of Rs 300′ .

Bad experience…i think better to search with help from local pan/grocery shop owners…
